19th Annotation Training
The 19th Annotation, sometimes called an Ignatian Retreat in Daily Life, is a way for people who cannot be away for 30 days to do the Ignatian Exercises as they were practiced originally. It is most typically done by people who work full-time and want to do the Spiritual Exercises. Using the 19th Annotation format, the Exercises are extended over approximately eight months. Just as with the 30-day Retreat, retreatants do weekly prayer practices, readings, and meditations.
