New Program: “Healing What Hurts” (4 Sessions in May)

The West Virginia Institute for Spirituality announces a new program:

What:  “Healing What Hurts”

When:  Wednesdays, from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.
May 8:       Healing when I don’t know why I’m hurting
May 15:     Healing when someone I love died
May 22:     Healing when a relationship failed
May 29:     Healing when a part of myself is lost

Where: 
West Virginia Institute for Spirituality

Charleston, West Virginia

Facilitators: 
Ashley Huffman Smith
Senior counselor with Regent University specializing in addiction
 
Sister Carole Riley, CDP,  Ph.D.
WV LPC and AAPC-Fellow with interest in music therapy, and negative emotions that foster integration and ongoing growth

The series will discuss how to help ourselves when life’s situations evoke sad or depressed feelings, grief, confusion and lack of trust.

You are welcome to attend all four programs, or any individual sessions.  A love offering will be appreciated.
