19th Annotation in Daily Life - Certified Directors
What is the 19th Annotation Retreat in Daily Life and why might you choose to make this retreat?
St. Ignatius of Loyola, who created the 30-day Spiritual Exercises during the 16th century, knew even then that some people would not be able to take 30 days away from their regular responsibilities to make a 30-day retreat.
The 19th Annotation is often done by individuals who work full-time or who have other life commitments (like children living at home). To allow these individuals to enter the gift of making the 30-day Spiritual Exercises, the 19th Annotation is extended over approximately nine months. Learn more about the 19th Annotation by visiting 19TH ANNOTATION RETREAT IN DAILY LIFE – WVIS
Following is a list of WVIS Associate Spiritual Directors who have received an Advanced Certificate in offering the 19th Annotation. You are invited to contact one or more of these individuals to see who might be the right fit for your journey.
