Earlier this year the sophomore class of Charleston Sacred Heart High School came to WVIS for a retreat day.  With the help of volunteers and under the supervision of Sister Carole and WVIS board and Sacred Heart faculty member Molly Linehan Belcher, the students participated in reflections on the Holy Beatitudes.

WVIS would like to thank all who participated, including the Rev. Randolf Richardson, minister of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church and Rabbi Victor Urecki of B’nai Jacob Synagogue, who allowed the use of their congregational facilities, as well as leaders Michalla Williams, Ann Winton, P.J. Scarr, Rev. Rindy Trouteaud, Sr. Wendolyn Lopez, Sr. Betsa Palomino and Bob Sylvester and Sr. Molly Malone.
